PARAMARIBO, Suriname, July 30, 2023.- Suriname Opposite Zefanio Breinburg was selected as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the XVIII edition of the CAZOVA Caribbean Senior Championship that concluded on Sunday at the Anthony Nesty Sport Hall in Paramaribo, Suriname.

The MVP award was handed to Breinburg after his team won the Championship match defending their title against ten times champion Barbados 3-2 (22-25, 25-21, 29-27, 23-25, 17-15) and he had an average 18 points during the tournament.

Breinburg was also the Best Opposite Player. His teammates Anferney Schmeltz was handed the award for Best Digger and Best Libero, Keven Sporkslede received Best Receiver award.

Ryck Webb of Jamaica was recognized for Best Server and 1st Outside Hitter. His teammate Mark Blake was 1^st Middle Blocker. Donald Kameron of Trinidad and Tobago was Best Setter, Kyle Wilson of Bahamas 1ste Outside Hitter and Best Scorer, Raygid Isenia 2^nd Middle Blocker.
