JaVA Holds Management Meeting

On January 16, 2021, the JaVA Management Team held its first meeting of the year, at the offices of the Jamaica Olympic Association, where the objectives for the next four (4) years were outlined.  The main objectives identified were:

1. To improve the technical ability of coaches and referees.
2. Increase the number of athletes and geographical spread of volleyball.
3. To improve technical and administrative capacity.
4. Expand beach volleyball.
5. Secure sponsorship to order to meet objectives of the association.

Committees have been formed and committee chairmen are in the process in formulating their respective Action Plans and time frames for implementation.
