Daymian Stewart

Exective Director

Mr. Daymian Stewart is an Electrical & Electronics Engineering Graduate of the University of Trinidad and Tobago "UTT". He also was formerly trained in Project Management, Customer Service, Public Speaking and recently completed an advance diploma in Sport Management. Stewart started serving as a Sport Administrator in 1994 when he became the Vice President of the North Zone at the tender age nineteen years.

 Stewart is employed with the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission as a Consumer Investigator, he also is a Director of a Construction Company IGECON and has his own company SPORT LAB - specialist in event management and general consultancy.

 In Volleyball Stewart showed a special love for organising events and he was recruited by the then General Secretary of the TTVF Mushtaque Mohammed to be the PRO of the Federation. Stewart joined the TTVF board in 1996 as the P.R.O. Stewart faced the electoral AGM five (5) times unopposed serving in many different positions. 1996 - PRO, 2000 - 2nd Vice President, 2004 - 1st Vice President, 2008 - Delegate Vice President and 2012 - President.

 Stewart also serves as the Executive Director of CAZOVA and as a member of the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Commission. In these positions Stewart served the Continent and Region on many Control Committees for Beach and Indoor Volleyball. Stewart has been selected by NORCECA to serve as an FIVB Beach Volleyball Technical Supervisor a position he is hoping to fill in 2015.

 Stewart has been credited for many innovations within the TTVF namely the Caribbean Volleyball League (CVL), Mini Volleyball Festival, the New National League (Super & Premier Division), Community Program and Easter Weekends Players League. He also engineered our first appearance on the World Beach Volleyball Tour.

 Stewart is this countries first Certified Beach Volleyball Coach and the TTVF's first Technical Director for Beach Volleyball. He play for the National Senior Men's Team in 2001 and won the National League "A" Division in 2001, 2002 and 2003 with Big SEPOS. He was also a founding member of Technocrats Volleyball club.
